Pull Policy

Omi Omi occasionally lends out clothing for pulls for use in photoshoots, red carpet events, and other events and appearances for promotional purposes. Pulls are subject to approval and this contract is to be filled out on the borrow date.


Conditions of Agreement:

  1. Samples are for the sole purpose of editorial shoots, red carpet events, and other events and appearances by the signor named below or talent unless stated.
  2. The signor will give Omi Omi full credit in print, online, social media or on television. The credit must be as follow: on Instagram and facebook: Dress by @omiomi.co ; on print: Dress by Omi Omi.
  3. A copy of the publication, online, social media or television in which the item will be used will be sent to Omi Omi.
  4. Omi Omi reserves the rights to use the images for its own promotional purposes.
  5. The signor agrees to take full responsibility and care of the listed items whilst in their possession.
  6. The item/s must be returned in the same condition in which they were received by the RETURN DATE. This includes labels and price tags in original condition. 
  7. As security, Omi Omi will take a credit card number, full billing address, and/or a photocopy of your ID. Any lost or damaged items will be invoiced accordingly at the full retail price. You will be asked for a 20% deposit if no credit card information is given.
  8. Omi Omi reserves the right to invoice full value for any items not received back by the agreed-upon RETURN DATE.

Pulling Process:

  1. For specific brand promotions, there is a 20% service rental fee the day you pull the product (depending on use and number of pieces, fee can vary). This includes the cleaning cost and brand promotion fee. For non-brand use, a standard fee starts at 5,000JPY(50USD) or 2,500PHP is requested which includes the cleaning costs and service rental fee. If you are unable to return the items by the specified date, please contact us to arrange an extension so that you do not lose your deposit. A late fee of 10% per day may be added to the original rental fee.
  2. Must shoulder the courier fees.
  3. For all pulls, we also require credit card information and ID, or a 20% deposit that you will get back once the project is complete. As security, Omi Omi will keep the credit card number on file. Any lost or damaged items will be invoiced accordingly at full retail price to the credit card.
  4. For all pulls, we ask that you don't take any more than 10 items unless discussed. Omi Omi reserves the right to approve all pieces individually.
  5. We ask that all clothing be returned in the same condition it was in when it left the store, with tags properly attached. 
  6. You must fill out the application form below completely - if your submission is accepted, a member of our team will reach out to arrange the pull appointment. 
  7. You agree to take full responsibility and care for all items whilst in your possession.
  8. We ask that you give as much information of the shoot as possible, including the date of event and possibly the theme/concept of the shoot.

Content:

  1. Must submit 5 -10 photos after the shoot that we can publish on our social channels.
  2. Must tag @omiomi.co visibly in all social media posts in the photo on social posts.
  3. Must credit Omi Omi for wardrobe (ie. Stylist: Kiko Mizuhara, Wardrobe: Omi Omi)
  4. The signor will give Omi Omi full credit in print, online, social media or on television.
  5. A copy of the publication in which the item will be used will be sent to Omi Omi if relevant.
  6. Omi Omi reserves the right to use the images for its own promotional purposes across all social media channels.

Return Policy:

  1. The item/s must be returned in the same condition in which they were received by the RETURN DATE. This includes labels and price tags in original condition. For events and appearances, garments MUST BE DRY CLEANED before returning.
  2. The stylist will be charged full price for any missing or damaged items
  3. All pieces must be returned within the approved return date. 
  4. Omi Omi reserves the right to invoice full value for any items not received back by the agreed-upon RETURN DATE.
